Privacy Policy

We keep this short and plain. We collect as little as possible, use it only for what we say, and never sell it.

Atsky B.V. is the data controller for all personal data collected through this website.

2. What data we collect and why

We collect personal data only when you actively provide it to us or when it is strictly necessary to operate the site.

For resource-download requests, we collect your first and last name, corporate email address, company, job title, optional phone number and selected resource, together with the request reference and requested page path. These requests use the same enquiry storage and retention period.

Resource forms offer a separate, optional choice to receive occasional Atsky updates. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Your choice does not affect your download or the email containing the resource link. We record the choice, the version of the consent wording and the time it was recorded. To withdraw or change your marketing choice, email info@atsky.io.

Website analytics and advertising measurement run only with your consent. The site does not load any Google Analytics or Google Ads script until you allow Analytics, Advertising or both. It does not use visitor-identification scripts. A choice saved under an earlier version of the cookie banner is asked again.

Skyla voice and chat demonstration

The Skyla demo collects your name, email, company and phone number, plus an optional role, to personalise the demonstration and respond to your interest. When you start a voice call, your browser requests microphone access. Audio and the name, email, company and phone details are sent through Telnyx, the call provider. Your contact details are also submitted to our enquiry service for follow-up.

The text alternative sends your messages and a session reference to the Skyla demonstration service so it can respond. Use fictional claim information in either mode. This public demonstration is not an approved channel for real claims, confidential information or sensitive personal data. Contact us about processing and retention arrangements before planning a customer deployment.

The demonstration loads its WebRTC software from the unpkg CDN, which receives the browser request. See the Telnyx privacy policy for the call provider's information.

3. How we store and protect your data

Contact, investor, Skyla enquiry and resource-download submissions are:

For resource requests, SES also sends a standard service email containing a link to the selected PDF when email delivery is available. This email fulfils your request and is separate from optional marketing updates. The confirmation page provides the download link even if email delivery is unavailable.

Contact, investor, Skyla enquiry and resource-download forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare processes browser and network information for this check. We validate the result on our server and do not store the verification token with your enquiry.

These forms no longer send new submissions to Wix. Historical enquiries and resource requests may remain in Wix until their retention period ends or they are removed following a request.

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Access to contact records is restricted to Atsky staff who need it to respond to your enquiry.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. The main website and enquiry service use the providers below. The Skyla demonstration also uses the call and software providers described in its section above:

We may also share data if required by applicable law or a court order, and only to the extent legally required.

5. Cookies and browser storage

On your first visit a banner offers two separate choices, Analytics and Advertising, with “Reject all”, “Save choices” and “Accept all” buttons. Nothing is set until you choose, and rejecting is as easy as accepting. “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page reopens the banner so you can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie.

If you withdraw a choice, the site removes the matching cookies and reloads the page so that Google's script stops running.

Enquiry context is kept in session storage for the current browser tab: the first landing-page path and the campaign fields described above. This information is included only when you submit an enquiry; it is not sent to an analytics provider. The context resets after 30 minutes without a page navigation. We do not store your name, email address or message in this browser storage.

Google Ads click references are kept in the same tab-only storage, but are sent with an enquiry only if you allowed Advertising.

6. Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@atsky.io with the subject line "GDPR Request". We will respond within 30 days.

If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

7. International transfers

AWS CloudFront delivers content through a global network. Cloudflare, Wix, Google Fonts and, with your consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads may also process information outside the European Economic Area. We do not describe these services as exclusively EU-hosted. See the Cloudflare privacy policy, Wix privacy policy and Google privacy policy for their processing information. Contact us for details of the safeguards applicable to your enquiry.

8. Children's data

This website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently received data from a child, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Changes to this policy do not replace any consent we must ask for.
