Offer C · Agentic Applications

Agents that do real work,
inside guardrails you can check.

We design and build agent runtimes for enterprises and ISVs: deterministic execution, tools the model cannot exceed, tracing end to end, and GDPR and EU AI Act requirements designed in. We run our own real-time voice agent runtime on the same principles.

What We Deliver

Four parts of an agent
you can put in production.

Runtime Design

Agent Runtime and Guardrails

The model proposes. The runtime decides what runs.

<200ms real-time path in our own runtime
  • Deterministic execution: intent, then tool chain, then confirmation, then action
  • One tool abstraction, so the model cannot call tools it has not been given
  • Sync and async jobs, with session memory chosen for relevance at lower token cost
  • Failure containment designed before the happy path
Models

Model Routing and Evaluation

The right model per task. Measured, not assumed.

4 model families evaluated and routed
  • Evaluation and routing across GPT, Claude, Gemini and open-weight models, for reliability and cost
  • A LiteLLM gateway with prompt caching
  • vLLM and Triton serving when inference must stay in your tenancy
  • Embedding models evaluated, so retrieval is something engineers actually use
Operations

Observability and MLOps

If you cannot trace it, you cannot ship it.

End to end tracing with OpenTelemetry
  • OpenTelemetry on every step, with Langfuse or Phoenix for agent traces
  • Latency objectives on time to first byte and between chunks
  • Drift detection, and dev to staging to production promotion with reproducible artifacts
  • MLflow for model versioning
Compliance

GDPR and EU AI Act by Design

Compliance as architecture, not a checkbox.

Art. 50 EU AI Act disclosure designed in
  • GDPR session boundaries and data minimisation in the runtime
  • EU AI Act Article 50 disclosure built into the conversation flow
  • Residency and sovereignty treated as separate requirements, each traced to a design decision
  • An audit record for every action an agent takes

Our own runtime is the proof.

Atsky Voice is a real-time agent runtime: telephony with EU region pinning, streaming speech in and out with barge-in, and speech decoupled from the reasoning loop so callers never wait on the agent. A sub-200 ms real-time path and about €0.06 per call-minute with an 83% audio-cache hit rate. Every guardrail above runs in it today.

First Engagement

A review in weeks,
or one agent built.

Option 1

Architecture Review

Before any build, the design you can defend.

3 to 4 weeks
  • Runtime design: how the agent executes, which tools it may call, how actions are confirmed
  • The evaluation harness, the tracing and the model routing, designed first
  • Residency, GDPR and EU AI Act requirements mapped line by line
  • A go or no-go for the build, with its run cost
Option 2

Build One Agent

One bounded agent, in your tenancy, with the evidence.

6 to 8 weeks
  • One agent with a clear boundary, built with the runtime guardrails above
  • An evaluation harness and tracing from day one
  • Deployed inside your tenancy with your identity provider at the gateway
  • Your team enabled to run it afterwards
