What we built, what we measured, and where it was measured.
The operator's NOC receives fault situations on its 4G/5G Packet Core through BMC Helix. About 1,000 situations a quarter each cost 2 to 4 engineer-hours of manual root-cause analysis. Public models were ruled out on network-data confidentiality, and Nokia needed one design that Nokia, the operator and BMC would all sign.
For Nokia, we designed and built a multi-agent pipeline that turns each fault situation into ranked root causes and a recommended action. The NOC decides. A deterministic LangGraph flow keeps every output reproducible and auditable, tools run over MCP, and an A2A link hands results to BMC HelixGPT. All inference stays in the operator's own tenancy. Liberty Global and Virgin Media ran workloads on three clouds. Central security and business-unit agility were in constant tension. Controls applied as delivery gates slowed teams down, and teams under pressure route around gates.
In the Cloud Centre of Excellence we defined the architecture guardrails for AWS, Azure and GCP and shipped them as self-service Terraform modules and Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions templates. We standardised AKS, EKS and GKE with enforced ingress and egress patterns and access tiers, so teams started with security defaults in place.
Through Infield ICT, an MSP partner, two public-sector clients needed senior platform hands. A Dutch municipality's AKS landing zone needed an independent assessment, and its own team had to run it afterwards. A national healthcare screening organisation needed an Azure Virtual Desktop platform and had identity gaps to close first.
A Well-Architected assessment of the AKS landing zone, built on evidence from Resource Graph and Traffic Analytics, followed by a nine-session enablement programme. For the screening organisation, the identity gaps were closed into a secured landing zone on Entra ID and Kerberos before the AVD platform went in, with Azure Monitor baseline alerting.
A financial services firm needed to migrate critical workloads to AWS with stringent security and compliance requirements — regulatory audit trails, data sovereignty controls, and zero-trust posture — while maintaining operational continuity throughout.
We designed and implemented a fully automated Secured Landing Zone using AWS Control Tower, Security Hub, and a custom multi-account governance framework built with Terraform and GitOps. Full compliance guardrails, IAM SSO, encryption at rest and in transit, continuous security posture monitoring — all deployed as code.
"We could not be where we are today without the speed and proficiency that ATSKY has exhibited."COO — Enterprise Client
A fast-growing SaaS company managed cloud infrastructure through manual console operations and ad-hoc scripts. Deployments were inconsistent, rollbacks were painful, and there was no single source of truth for infrastructure state.
We implemented a full GitOps strategy using Atlantis for Terraform plan/apply automation, with GitHub as the policy enforcement layer. Every infrastructure change flows through a pull request, gets automatically planned and costed, and is applied only after peer review. Extended to application deployments with ArgoCD on Kubernetes.
"Atsky's Cloud expertise has been instrumental in seamlessly guiding us through our setup, incorporating advanced features like EKS, High Availability, DR, and IAM SSO."CEO — Technology Company
